Fred is very active in the community. He is
a lifetime member of Belmont Presbyterian Church where he is an Elder. He is a member of the Roanoke Regional Homebuilders
Association where he is on the Board of Directors, serves on the Executive Committee, and is past Chair and member of
the Associates Advisory Council. Fred also loves working with children and adults in the region overseeing Little League
Baseball. He is the District Administrator for Virginia District 12 Little League. In this capacity, he serves
as a laison between Little League's Headquarters and local Little League programs. Many recognize Fred from his
20+ years with Cave Spring National Little League where he coached, umpired, served on the Board, and was the President for
9 years. Fred is a veteran of the Vietnam war era and held a Top Secret security clearance. He also serves on
the Roanoke County Parks, Recreation, and Tourism Commission. He is the third generation to work in
the construction industry.
